The architectural promise

Perq Wallet never asks for, receives, or stores your bank or card issuer login credentials. There is no bank linking in this product.

What we collect

• Account: your email address (for sign-in codes and alerts you request) and, if you sign in with Google, your name and email from your Google profile.
• Your wallet data: the cards you tell us you own, which perks you mark used, gift-card entries, points balances, and preferences you set. This is data you enter or forward to us; we never pull it from a financial institution.
• Email intake: if you forward a benefit email to your Perq address, we process that message automatically to extract the benefit and store the extracted result.
• Usage data: we measure how the product is used (features opened, actions taken) to improve it. Analytics are configured to mask content and respect Do Not Track. We do not sell personal data.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, US region) and email delivery runs through Resend. We share data with no one else except as required by law.

Your controls

Export everything (JSON or CSV) or delete your account and its data at any time from the account panel, or by emailing hello@perqwallet.com.

Children

Perq Wallet is not directed to children under 13.

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
